I have a craving for proper sushi at the moment, not the mass produced stuff from M&S or Tesco.

It's a bugger isn't it.  I cooked a modest salmon fillet, a few new potatoes, a small helping of runner beans and thought that would do the trick tonight  noooo:

Just made a bubble 'n' squeak from last night's excess spud and carrot mash and topped it with an over easy fried egg  cloud9:
