But turf or seed?
Any ideas out there?
We have cleared the garden of a lot of rubbish that was masquerading as a crazy paving patio and have decided that grass would be a good option. Yes I know it will need cutting but it is a smallish area and SWWLTBO feels that a lawn, however small, will enhance the saleability of the property when the time comes as it will look more like a garden than a "back yard" (sneered as only she can sneer such an expression).
Madam favours seeding a new lawn as this would be economic but I feel that turf will provide instant gratification of her desires and not end up in some f*cking bird's stomach.
Any recent experiences to relate?
