I know that drug use is rife in some cities, and in rural areas come to that, but 50% of Liverpool's youth claim to use cocaine? More than a degree of "Look at me ~ I'm one of the crowd" boastfullness about this survey I feel.

One of the other cities in the survey, Brno; I bet that's gone down hill since Ryanair made it a cheap destination... ripe for stag nights and hen parties  ::)
It was a beautiful city, in parts.
