This sort of thing keeps on cropping (no pun intended) up. I am left wondering, not at the intelligence of the posters on You Tube etc, but at the number of Policemen, up and down the country, who seem to have nothing to do but surf the net looking for "offenders". If the police were out on the streets where they should be then the offences probably wouldn't be committed in the first place. Prevention would be better than detection surely?
