I'm getting seriously hacked off with Royal Mail now

Every year I use their services less and less due to the increasing ease of transmitting all manner of files electronically. So, if my 'small' business is at all representative of the larger picture they've less and less to physically move around - should be easier, after all the costs keep going up

Despite our best efforts, and those of ACAS, to resolve the current industrial dispute, the strike action continues. The current round of strikes, which are not on a National basis, but affect different parts of Royal Mail?s business on different days, is set to continue until 12 noon on Wednesday 8th August.
