I do not have ducks. I do not have a row. I have squirrels and they are all at a rave.

I've still got a couple of VCRs in a cupboard somewhere.  And a record deck and umpteen vinyls that'll never get played on it.  And then there's a case of something like 100 VHS fillums that even charity shops won't take anymore.

Remember when we thought CDs were the ultimate music medium?

I've got a load of vinyl but no player...  rubschin:

I went VHS >>> VHS HiFi >>> LaserDisk >>> DVD... You can't even give away DVDs now...  noooo:

I remember CDs being an absolute revelation... Purists might insist that the analog sound of vinyl is better but the lack of crackles and pops well makes up for that IMHO...

Course, it is all streaming now...

I still get CDs of Albums I really want even though I have an Amazon Music unlimited subscription which is what I use to listen to them.

Just want to actually own something physical that isn't dependent on the internet.  I can play them in my car but not Mrs K's.

Last CD bought:  best of Avril Lavigne and it's never been taken out of its box, some shit could have put a Best of William Shatner CD in there for all I know.
