Gather Round

SWMBO has thrown me a curved ball .............. She want to know how to lift a video clip from YouTube and insert it into a Powerpoint presentation.

Now I CAN insert video clips into PP presentations but how the fvck do you lift one off of Youtube? I have tried all ways I can think of so have come to the geeks gentlemen engineers of the computer world for help.

Will SWMBO have internet access on the machine she will be doing the presentation on? If so then she could embed the clip into the presentation

No she will not and that is the problem.

I have tried to save a video from YT to my "movies" file and then place it into the PPP but it will not have it. Error messages all over the place.

Stupid as it sounds, put look at the address bar when you have the video selected and then insert kiss in front of youtube eg: http://www.kissyoutube.com

Dont know if the site was shut down or not but you may still be able to download from there.
