More Th>n munters
« on: April 18, 2008, 12:29:52 PM »
These tossers have obviously got it in for me. evil:
Not content with chasing me for £6600 following their claim against me 5 bloody years ago, they have now sent me, not one, not two, not three, not four, but FIVE seperate letters claiming that I owe them for unpaid household insurance policies for each of the last 5 years that I haven't or indeed HAD since 2003, and if I don't stump up £176 forthwith, they'll cancel my non existant current policy without further notice. happy001

Half witted dumb brained cretinous bunch of munters.

But such stupidity only helps your case if they try to go to court.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Can I make a suggestion. Given the litigious society that we live in write back to them saying you are starting legal action for the stress caused by them demanding money for property you no longer own and an accident that was cleared up years ago. See how they react to that.
The universe is run by the complex interweaving of three elements. Energy, matter, and enlightened self-interest.

Even their own solicitors 'Sue N Scarper Ltd.,' are a bunch of wasters, threatening to take me to court if I don't produce my documents within 14 days, following 'the accident' back in May 2003.
I wrote back a terse but humourous..ish letter, stating that it was in fact a bloody THEFT, not an accident, and they have no right to demand sight of them....not that I've still got a 5 year old certificate anyway. I don't collect tat.
That was 2 weeks ago, and my demand for an urgent reply, by return, confirming that the car was never recovered has not been forthcoming so far.
Another one will be winging it's way to them this weekend, threatening them with legal action for harrasment. evil:

Would you like to send them one of my famous "Slurry Hampers"?

Only £25.
