Reporting employees to the boss
« on: April 03, 2013, 08:02:37 AM »
Just had to do it yesterday, for the very first time in over 18 years in my job.

I have put up with this vile viperous rude ignorant unhelpful bad mannered petulant angry nasty piece of the ugliest quivering mass of disgusting stale shit filled lard of a creature, on and off for the duration of me going into this main stealer for 18 years, and I finally drew a line under my unbelievable long endured patience with the disgusting bitch on Monday.

I really don't like reporting people where their job is possibly at stake, but enough is enough, and I took time out to make my points clear to the exceedingly tricky and prickly to deal with dealer principle yesterday, and even though I'm 'only' a contarctor,I will no longer tolerate being talked to like a festering piece of dog shit any longer.
He wasn't happy, at all, as he's been receiving complaints about this vile piece of shit for years, BUT, she's exceedingly good at her job apparently.

He ranted at me, asking ME wtf he wanted me to do about it, as he can't be held responsible for the way she was dragged up, and then stormed off in a red faced rage. redface:

I suspect feather and fur is going to be flying this morning. scared2:

Pre....cisely.

MAN MANAGEMENT skills.
Virtually non exsistant in the work place nowadays sadly.

She should have been given the usual written warnings and then the boot, due to the number of unhappy staff....who just say to me, "ah, ignore here, it;'s just the way she is"...that have voiced their dis-pleasure with her attitude over the years too.

Sort your attitude and the way you speak to your fellow colleauges, or go, before we make you go, simple as, thank you for your time, and good day.
