Nod told me the other day that years ago he had borrowed his dad's car for a trip to Wales. On the way home he got a flat tyre. Being Nod, he had no clue how to change the wheel and he just got out of the car and stared at the damage helplessly.

Fortunately, a kindly man stopped and changed the wheel for him.  As Nod drove off later, he glanced in the rear view mirror and saw the man waving to him. He gave a cheery wave back and drove on.

When he got home he discovered the man's jacket, wallet, car keys and house keys in the boot of the car.
