The freeholder of this place is trying to sell and adjacent plot of land (with planning permission). She knows that it is worth more with a parking space attached  evil:

We have been contesting this for some time. SHe has now submitted a revised plan of the new parking arrangements:

I submit an objection to Planning that parking space number 2 is a bit of a problem  evil:  I am now in conversation with more numpties than you can shake a stick at!  Banghead

Mark out the proposed planning spaces with chalk, get all those entitled to currently park to so do and then invite the planning officer to visit and try to access/egress Parking Space 1  .... Nothing like a dent or two in the planning officer's car to persuade them of the blindingly obvious.  eveilgrin:

As well as the car, how do they plan to get the bins out ?
