"Landordy things" could include checking fixtures and fittings, decorating, ensuring gas certificate is up to date, arranging inspections of appliances, checking compliance with fire regs ...... you know all the LEGAL OBLIGATIONS stuff that goes with owning and renting out a property.

Splendid day out, though I had forgotten how hot and knackering London can be. Had a good poke around Borough Market cloud9: (sure I saw someone selling Turnip Juice rubschin:). Wandered around Southwark Cathedral and found the tombs of JOhn Gower AND Lancelot Andrewes eeek:
Excellent lunch in Borough Market too cloud9:
Mooched along the Sarf Bank. Had a pint at the ANchor (from where Pepys watched the Fire of London) picked up a programme for the Globe and then back to the wobbly bridge, a peek at St Pauls, a walk through the Inns of Court cloud9:
Checked out some cinemas which were all showing crap evil: and thence to Cordings

for some winter trousers cloud9:
and so back to the flat.

Fair chance if you start in Little Venice you'll end up in Camden.
