I don't think that buying a BBQ, some charcoal and a few sausages constitutes excessive preparation

Well that went well cloud9:
Some home made bangers, some good steak and then, on impulse, some ostrich burgers and a whole wabbit.
I asked about the provenance of the wabbit.
"Local and wild. My son goes ferreting" eeek:
The people next to me were haggling over the price of crocodile eeek:
I wonder if Growler likes Wabbit Pie rubschin:

Woast Wabbit eeek:

Delish! Drool:
And Growler will no doubt have a use for the wabbit's fur whistle:
-
The Wabbit has no fur. And they fed his head to the ferrets. Any recipe suggestions, hound?
-
Pot roast in advance ~ remove all bones (and wabbits have a lot of nasty sharp little bones) then make a pie with the meat and serve cold as an alternative to the BBQ meat.
Another good plan would be to make a terrine with the meat and serve it with salad as a starter. cloud9:

The Wabbit is being cooked. It was full of giblets sick2:

Wabbits may run away but they aren't entirely spineless or lily livered you know.
Top tip: When buying a wabbit ask the butcher to joint it for you ::)

Perhaps its a case of preparation. The higher quality the meat the harder it will be for Nick to gub the BBQ or someting. rubschin:
