He apllied for 300 jobs and wasn't successful, so he used his initiaative and put posters up, wehich resulted in him getting a job. Hull CC rewarded this by hitting him with a £75 fine. Ask/instruct him to remove them by all means, but to fine him was a stupid reaction. Meanwhile, I'll guarantee that there are other posters along the same route that go unpunished
