I've just been to Screwfix for some screws (believe it or not)   ;)

The bloke in front of me orders a drill
Woman behind the counter - Ooh I'm sorry, the De-Walt one's not in stock
Bloke - When will you have them in?
WBTC - I'm not sure, we have an alternative one in stock
Bloke - Is it similar to the De-Walt?
WBTC - I don't know, it's a nice blue one, look

Exit bloke, JOM gets served quicker  ;D
