Party

1972. I was 17.

Roy Thomson's house (parents out for the weekend, the idiots)

Ended up on the parents' bed shagging Sally George (mistake 1)

SHe called me the next day and said she had left her handbag at the party. I live closer so could I pop round and get it. I agreed (Mistake 2)

I go round and ring the doorbell. Mrs Thomson answers. I say my GF had been round (not a cunning lie) and had forgotten her handbag.

Mr Thomson appears scared2: and asks where

I say (mistake 3) "Under your bed"

They make me go and retrieve it

Mrs Thomson called my Mum
