Could be worse she could be a hydroponic girlfriend, still talking to plants should be no problem.  Jim might rub  himself off up against her thinking that she is catmint like. noooo:

I assume the decisions are the bride and groom's. Whatever they want, everyone else should go along with.

Oh I agree entirely, however my extended family doesn't see it quite that way.  surrender:
