Title: Things to look forward to in April
Post by: Miss Demeanour on March 21, 2011, 08:22:57 PM: National Insurance contributions to rise another 1% to 12%

Lowering the threshold for 40% tax to £42,475

NHS dental charges will be rising by around 3% in England.

NHS prescriptions will also go up by 20p from £7.20 to £7.40 for those who pay in England.

Water bills will rise by roughly 4.6% in England and Wales with those in Northumbrian: Essex and Suffolk facing the largest rise of 9.1%.

BT are increasing the cost of line rental charges.

1st class stamps jump 5p to 46p and 2nd class 4p to 36p.

Energy price rises on cards...

I suggest the brilliant idea of a camera.
