Title: Vinaigrette
Post by: Pastis on February 03, 2011, 07:22:28 PM
Vinaigrette, well why not?

Crucially, what's the ratio of OIL to VINEGAR that best suits?  I used to be a 50/50 fan but it's getting far too acidic for my taste. I'm moving towards 3 to 1  eeek:

Feel free to add in any other stuffs, mustards, sugar, salt 'n' pepper, garlic, chilli dust, you name it!

I thought it was only me.  I love lime juice and sesame oil as a quick salad dressing bout 50/50 and it is just a matter of chucking it in.  For the last few weeks it has  has Gaviscon added to it.  Age ehh who needs it?

Fury does not help or rather does greatly help in bile production process.  Gaviscon extra may be required.

MissC:  Age, eh?  rubschin:, that could be it. I don't see a Gaviscon jus gaining a Michelin star though  noooo:
