What the fvck has it to do with the English?
He was found guilty in a Scottish Court of perjuring himself in another Scottish Court in a case that he brought against a newspaper owned by an Australian born and now US citizen AKA Rupert Murdoch. We all know that the Scottish legal system is very proud of being totally independent of the English legal system which, one suspects, is why he went to court in Scotland in the first place.
