I have some of that DIY filling stuff that comes in Travel First Aid kits, along with water purifying tablets and malaria pills but since the nerve has been removed it is not too painful, just a bit jagged on the edge and making my tongue sore.

If you have a jagged tooth you simply can't stop running your tongue over it can you? ..............................
and if that's not an invitation to the gutter I never saw one!  ;)
