To be honest, given the age of the current crop of Ministers, I'd be more worried if they had got through Uni without trying a spliff or six. Certainly I would not believe them if they said they'd never smoked one. But the point surely is .... why now? Why have they chosen this moment to "come out". Has some journo got the goods on them and this is a pre-emptive strike or are they trying to make capital against the old stories about Cameron and Osborne.
