Title: The law of the sod

So , trying to ensure that I have a good nights sleep last night I decided I would do all the things that make me feel lovely and cosy when I go to bed.

Step 1 - change all the bedding to lovely crisp, freshly laundered and sweetly smelling stuff. My favourite all white set  cloud9:

Step 2 - have deep , long ,luxuriating bath before bedtime

Step 3 - have soothing drink to alleviate aches , pains and snivels before sleepytime

Step 4 - try not to wake up in the middle of the night sneezing and blowing nose so hard , you have a nose bleed   noooo: and all new ,lovely , white sheets and duvet cover get splattered with claret  evil:

Don't feel too bad ...just snivelly ( however that is spelt)  and a bit headachey ....nothing new for a gerl eh  whistle:

I am discovering how posh my new locality is! Wandered a hundred yards up the road yesterday to sign up at the local doctors' surgery.

They have some weird roolz. YOu can't make appointments by telephone. You have to call in in person to make one. rubschin:

I said "But what if you are ill, like?"

Receptionist gave me a look scared2:
