In spite of being less than a mile from its boundary I've managed to keep the car out of it at active times, so far. I guessed something might like this would happen once the infrastructure was in place. All the elements are variable - timing, charges, boundaries and finally access to the cameras ::)
And this on a day when it's being suggested that the organ donor scheme is reversed to 'opt out' rather than 'opt in'.
Whose life is it anyway? noooo:
