You're wearing that bloody hill out!
Denbighshire are having to repair it again.

Erosion repairs on Moel Famau. Thousands of pairs of boots each year take their toll. We need help to try to reverse this ...

I'm slightly ahead of me target now too. Want to get a couple more in before I go away to take some pressure off meself later in the year like.
I did 52 2 years ago, 75 last, so this is my latest target, and it HAS to be done. Sinister:
Most important to me, although everyone else thinks I'm slightly nuts having these stoopid self imposed targets. Shrugs:

I've just subscibed to the newsletter regarding the 200th anniverasry celebrations. Thanks for the link as i wasn't aware of what was going on. happy088
I'm actually more concerned about the amount of litter and plastic bags full of dog shite that are scattered randomly around now. cussing:
I am going to offer to put something back into the place by becoming a voluntary litter picker upper IF they'll provide me with a litter picker upper stick thingy, some bin liners and a jacket/jumper with their logo on it.
I'll be more than happy picking others peoples crap up on a couple of rambles up there every month.
They can pay me by putting some signs up at the bottom and top to try and educate sheeples.
If they agree but want me to go an a bloody H&S course first, i will derive mucho pleasure in telling them to Finger:

Cake is only supplied to those that actually reach the top WITHOUT complaining, a ciggy or stopping for a 'breather' cus his poor body can't take anymore.
Ey, forgot to mention for you berd luvers. I saw my very first Black Grouse up there last week, in fact TWO together. cloud9:
Only 14 of them known to be living in the region apparently.
They were in amongst the heather as I passed them, and they both suddenly darted out and upwards.
I absolutely shat meself. scared2:
They make a right old horrible racket btw.
