So a letter arrives.  evil: It invites me to apply for an ID card  evil:  It will only cost me ?30.  evil: I have a number to call to 'make an appointment"  evil:

Apparently it will help me to protect myself, since it will incorporate my fingerprints and address  evil:

Going on your past experience with technology, wouldn't it be a better option to get the carf. Then we wait for the system to implode.   whistle:
