ONE....wtf do you expect the Bear to do if you break into his den? Have a sensible and meaningful converstaion?
TWO...wtf was a mentally disabled person doing in the zoo, roaming around unsupervised presumably?
THREEE...HOW the blazes did he manage to scale the fence?
FOUR...someones head needs to roll for this., either the blokes guardian, or the zoo management

Why couldn't they just tranquillise the bear to get to the dickhead who obviously had no regard for his own life   evil:

No ~ you are quite right. The authorities are to blame. I wonder if one bear had been savaging another ~ would policeman have thought it necessary to shoot it?  rubschin: After all the bear was only doing what nature intended.
