Title: One for the techies
Post by: Just One More on November 10, 2009, 08:08:40 PM
Following one of the updates for Vista I noticed that some of the text is misaligned on some webpages on this site

You can see from the screengrab below that signatures are in a lower position than normal and overwrite the text in the next persons post which at times makes it awkward to read

Anybody out there that can advise on any setttings I need to alter?

Not on Firefox there isn't. The button just to the left of "Refresh" gives me today's history of lookups and the next button takes me back to the previous page.

Pirate has IE8 - he has mentioned this  whistle:

Are you having the problem with the text thing or are you just feeling deprived  ;)

Occasionally have problems as described but they usually correct themselves. One reason for ditching IE in favour of Firefox was that with the latter I get fewer problems.
