Have you seen the advert on the telly for this camera
(https://www.virtual-pub.com/SMF/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi00.twenga.com%2Fphoto%2Fdigital-camera%2Fsamsung-st550-p_541567vb.png&hash=40383aab49ffb6b58f33fcdc588afd78f1dd4345)
Unique selling point being that it features an LCD on the front for self-portrait shooting noooo: noooo: noooo:
How many times have I thought "oh yes...a tiny screen on the front of the camera would be so useful when I am trying to take pictures of myself" ? Obviously I would be holding the camera at arms length in the pub whilst sticking my tongue out and pulling funny faces and it is imperative that the quality of these pictures be improved in future noooo:
Apart from that what is the point Shrugs:
If you are going to pose for a piccy and set it up on a self timer thing then you would be so far away you won't be able to see the screen.

Oh god...I forgot about the likes of you noooo:

The screen on the Canon flips out and rotates which means you could do the same if you wanted to... but I don't angel1
That said it's very useful if you want to take a pic of something without appearing to point the camera in that direction whistle:
