I am still no clearer as to what the builders were actually doing Nick!!!

I had no disasters of that nature on my holiday though!

The builders were taking all the plaster off the walls INSIDE the house  Banghead

Would you not just be better off moving? Perhaps something with a small shed at the bottom of the garden for you to live in?

Like you I have little idea of what's been going on but the standard "Same ole shite" phrase does seem apt. Contrary to Nick's opinion my jaunt away seems to have been a resounding success from what I can remember  redface:

There's currently a bidding war going on about how much I will accept not to post a video on YouTube of an Abba tribute by certain men in dressing gowns  eveilgrin:
