Title: Pain in the neck

A literal one  - the other one is at her dad's this weekend  whistle:

Went to sleep last night - albeit after a big night out with the girls , involving eating drinking, some more drinking  and then some dancing  noooo:

However I am sure when I went to sleep my neck was fine  rubschin:.....today it twinges if I move my head in either direction. Why do these things always happen when you are unconscious  eeek:
