So, the missus (to be) decided to buy a new LG LCD TV. And very nice it is too.
EXCEPT
The picture is very "red" - for example, on BBC News 24, the bit at the bottom where you have the heading relating to the news being covered should be pure white with black writing. On the TV, the white is stongly tinted red. The scrolling writing further down is similarly afflicted. I've tried all the menu options, factory reset etc. with no luck. Oddly, if you play a DVD, the colour is perfect.
Any ideas chaps and chapesses? rubschin:

Have you got any different picture modes - on mine I think you have movie mode, standard mode and dynamic etc - these settings have different lighting modes for maximum HD effect etc.
Also check external devices connected to the TV

Yup, tried all the picture modes, no luck. I'll check all the other things wired in - the ladies of the house did that bit...
