Title: Eurovision Song Contest
Post by: Miss Demeanour on May 15, 2009, 11:47:32 AM
While we are petitioning about crimes against humanity , corruption and indecency can someone, somewhere, please stop this god awful parade of talentless bimbo's and goofs from appearing on our screens  noooo:

It is not about talent  ( debatable if it ever was) - but just to show which country has invaded the most this year and how many countries have you never heard of before .  A geography teachers wet dream  noooo: 42 countries participating this year ....  Shrugs:

The claim that it is worth watching just to take the p1ss out of is more tragic than anything Shakespeare wrote.

Stop wasting a ridiculous numbers of hours of alleged prime time TV on pond life wearing foil and jumping up and down  evil: evil: evil:

The DJ site/forum has lit up .. ;D ...no one has posted much obviously ...but all the lights and effects ..it is like porn to most of them ... ;D ;D...

On fairness it was pretty good from geek point of view .. ;D ;D.........

But pretty sure "Dave from Birmingham" who does the local village hall doesn't have the resources or the need for 30k lights... rubschin:

 lol: lol: lol:

He e-mailed me to say he had problems registering... Turned out he didn't want our site at all but another virtual pub... ::)

Anyhoo, he said I'd been so helpful he might as well join ours as well...  lol:

I think we're too niche for new members, I used to have to wade through pages of (mostly Russian) spam applications every day searching for real one and so turned it off...
