Title: One hour...

...from getting off the 'plane at Terminal One this morning to picking up my case from the carousel...  Banghead

How on Earth can it take an hour to cover 100m? How long does it take to steal a few items of value from two hundred cases?  Shrugs:

You arrived safely, that's the main thing ... 

When we arrived at Gatwick on our last visit to the UK, we also had to wait an hour for our cases but then also had to wait an hour for the hire car company to collect us to go to their off-airport office (no wonder they went into liquidation!) and then only an hour for the paperwork... arrived about 6pm, drove off from Gatwick at 9pm
