Title: Dared to complain, and now....
Post by: GROWLER on March 19, 2009, 03:45:47 PM
...I've been banned. eeek:

One of the local suppliers I use regulary and have done for 10 years has banned me from entering their premises from today.

I had the audacity to complain and gently rant about the fact that they didn't obtain the correct stuff I'd ordered earlier on this week. They claimed the particular product I required, they could no longer obtain. As I said, I ranted on a bit saying I was now in the shit as I needed it urgently. They shrugged their shoulders and I left, albeit a bit disgruntled.

Went in there again this morning to obtain some paint. The tit looked at me and said 'we haven't got any'
I asked could he get some for tomorrow, and he said 'no, not for you. Didn't like your attitude on Wednesday so we no longer want your business. There's the door and don't come back'!

How to get on in business and influence people ey? Their loss not mine. I now have a new supplier. happy088

IF you want any paint or automotive products, DO NOT purchase off the arrogant obnoxoius little arse wipes called CUNBAR. Customer service obviously isn't in their vocabuary.

So you forgot what you said to them in a 'gentle rant' but they have now banned you from ever darkening their doors again.

Is it called CUNBAR or is that what they said they were doing to you?

Not knowing what was said normally I would say I couldn't comment but, as you do give the impression of, how shall I put it  rubschin: someone who's a touch prone to complain forcibly, I can feel some agreement with your ex-supplier and their decision.

Ring me and I'll do my best to reinact the conversation.
