Perhaps we could club together and buy Nick one to wear. After all if anyone is going to be believed when they walk around with one of those 'THE END OF THE WORLD IS NIGH' placards it will be our own Captain Calamity.

That could get me on the property ladder Snoop.

1. Pick an area we would all like to move to.
2. Set Nick loose there wearing the placard.
3. Choose from the many recently abandoned properties.
