Title: Growlers new home p'raps?

I'm off to visit and view a 30' mobile home caravan in some deep and dark woods in North Wales now. Near Ruthin. Snoops' will know the area.
This could be just what I've been looking for for many years now, and could be the answer to all my dreams. cloud9:

It's also got off road 4x4 driving tracks surrounding it too, all privately owned by a very nice friendly family.
Someone care to pinch me please?
