TBH I Googled for a Cockpit Controls image. It cane up on a NASA site but I have no idea what it flies.
That said it looks a lot like the little trainers we used to go up in back in 1964/5

The switches say it has three tanks and four chambers so it could be a portaloo.

Further to previous about Retinopathy Test ~ my eyes hurt so much I am going to have to give up for the day. The brighness of the screen is really painful and I have got to keep magnifying everything to read it properly. 
Now I know how Mozo feels the poor old bugger tho' he has at least 30 years on me..
