We have to have Halloween and Thanksgiving yet not to mention our massive virtual fireworks display on Nov 5th.

The village shop (owned by McColls  cussing: but that's a different grump) has Christmas cards and Halloween 'bits and bobs' on display next to each other.

Both are far too early.  ::)
