Title: Just in case you miss me
Post by: Uncle Mort on August 17, 2008, 07:03:44 PM: Just finished the packing, nowt to do now until setting off for Gatwick at the ungodly hour of 4:30am tomorrow. Why do airlines feel the need for long check in times?

Anyway this time tomorrow (+ 2 hours time difference) I and my two spogs will be sipping our drinks on the banks of Nile. Luxuriating in Luxor as it were.

No crocodiles seen (understand they're found much further south) but plenty of Eygptians willing to part me from my money. Also many tombs and temples visited.

Didn't come down with the dreaded "Ramesses Revenge" until the flight home. eeek:
