Apparently the odious little shit claims handing over Radavan Karadzic to the ICTY will improve their chances of getting into the EU. I wonder what incentive the "community of nations" will give us for handing over his former mentor, Mr Blair? You've got to feel sorry for Karadzic, apart from striking an uncanny resemblance to Rowan Williams and standing a cat in hell's chance of being acquitted by the ICTY Kangaroo Court of "Blaming it on the Serbs", he has been indicted on crimes of "masterminding the siege of Sarajevo and the massacre of 8,000 Muslims at Srebrenica" - a mere bagatelle compared to Mr Blair.

If only he'd been a genocidal NATO-friendly Kosovan like Ramush Haradinaj, he'd get off scot-free.

Apparently the war crime of "targetting civilians" only applies to Serbs. If they'd steamed into Dubrovnik or Sarajevo flying the star spangled banner or Star of David the UNSC would be patting the feckers on the back.
