Is PayPal the most completely useless and irritating site in the whole world universe or is it just me that has problems every time I am forced to use the pile of putrid shite?  cussing:

It must be you. Payments via Paypal have never presented me with any problems in either direction. That said they have recently been sending me emails saying "For your protection and to improve our service we have made some changes" ~ I have ignored the emails request that I click and go to the site to view these changes and update my details in case they are not genuine.
