This sounds a bit pointless though..
Once tried in the US, Abu Hamza would have to return to the UK to complete his jail term before being extradited if any sentence was handed down to him by an American court.

Let him have his cushy sentence here, give him as much time off for good behaviour as you like – then send him off to rot for 100 years at the American's expense.
Hopefully he'll do the honourable thing and head for the virgins... point:

I read somewhere that despite living off benefits (fair enough,who would employ a hook handed, one eyed professional hatemonger ?), he had bought his council house under the right to buy scheme. How did he pay for it ? with his benefits?. So he didn't buy it,we did.
