2 x 2lb+ rainbow trout for supper tonight 2 more of similar weight for the freezer. 6 of various sizes put back to grow bigger for another day  whistle:
Bit windy at the lakeside but a pleasant day all in all thank you.

No - fish of any description is excluded from my diet  eeek:

Apparently it is far too healthy for me anyway - I'm allergic to healthy foods  lol:
