So anywho, the way things are going we are going to run out of room on the screen to post soon. whistle:
Does the amazon bar on the right respond to what we post I wonder? eyes:

I’m undecided on the bar on the right but then my connection is shite…

A bit busy but prolly more relavant than the google bar at the top.

To be honest I never even noticed it. It's when they add moving images that it becomes a distraction for me

A distraction in the sense that you might click on it accidentally and order loads of stuff? rubschin:

The Amazon bar, where it is, is costing us some posting space ~ the Google ads are, frankly, not relevant. They have homed in on the pub theme all right but how many of us are really going to buy a pub or bar stools and tabels to go in one?
Certainly the Amazon ads seem to be very responsive to whatever we post ~ which I find a little spooky but I expect we'll get used to them..

Er...Right.
I know you need cash to pay for wedd bandwidth and similar and I dont think anyone objects to the advertising. I would say Amazon bar at the top and bin the Google thingy.
-
The Google Ads have made us $50 over the past two months.
I agree that the Amazon ads are more relevant and I’d propose that we replace the Google Bar with an equivalent Amazon Bar.
However, Google won’t pay-out ‘til we’ve clicked $100 so if we remove it now the $50 of furious clicking will be lost… whistle:

Leave the Googley bar where it is 'til you can cash in, then replace it with the Amazon bar?
Yikes! scared2: The minute I typed Googley the Amazon bar comes up with Googley offers...
or is that the way it's supposed to work? confused:

Lots of Wii stuff now, which is worrying. We ordered a Wii from Littlewoods (I know) 3 months ago. They quoted a delivery time of 3 months and delivery should have been today. Yesterday the bastids put the delivery back another month to 16 weeks.
Now we are are in no rush but today my mobile fone upgrade became due so I have ordered one that offers a 'free' Wii.
The reason I mention this is that the Wii is being discussed at lenght at TG towers and that amazon thing keeps throwing out Wii links.
Is it listening do you think? I mean I havent really discussed it on here. scared2:
Note to DS : the Wii has been available for quite a while now and ALL THE Wii JOKES HAVE BEEN DONE!

I suspect you'd still be looking for it. I've sure they only do online now. They became "Currys Digital" in the High Street and I'm sure they announced the closure of umpteen stores in the last few days (can't be arsed to look it up)
Still, all that walking up and down looking for Dixons would mean you wouldn't need Wii-fit
