I have this feeling that the word "timeshare" may creep in.

We have done this before. We sign nothing.

My Mum and Dad used to do it all the time. Many moons ago in Spain when the timeshare business first took off out there there used to be lunches and dinners and freebies and all you had to do was listen to a seminar. They had a great time!
