Is that the tidying where you firmly shut the door, after announcing that you will be tidying for some time, put on some music, sit at the keyboard and periodically kick the waste bin or rattle a plastic bag so that any passing wife can hear you tidying and after some two hours of this you emerge with two bin liners full of old newspapers and beer cans which you have to take to the tip, just about five minutes before the pub opens?
