I see what the plan is but UK law forbids smoking in public places despite the fact that pubs are really private places.
As for actors ... remeber the fuss when the stones lit up during a gig and when Mel Smith had to impersonate Churchill without the cigar in a  play.
Here at the Off Topic you can, of course, smoke to your heart's content.
