What would you do?

Call the police and accuse him of threatening behaviour ... always difficult to disprove because the threat only has to be perceived. Also send a bill for his accommodation to the Courts and the Probation service. What I would not do is allow him to be photographed, presumably in my house, with me amd the missus in the background.
Mr & Mrs Cole have "an agenda" here methinks.

Yes, the photo is an odd one. And they don't look entirely up to the right temperature either.

I have a cunning plan, get arrested and put number 10 as my address. Lets see how long it takes to change the law then.
As far as the homeowners are concerned though I like the change the locks suggestion. I'd just amend it to include keeping the daughter out as well.

			-
				Have him arrested for trespass.

			-
But it's a court order that says he has to be there!

			-
Trespass in itself is not a criminal offence so the police will not be interested.

			-
				Restraining order?

			-
Again a civil matter and would take weeks to get it into court.
Better to sit it out for the 7 days and then kick his arse up the street.
BTW The sentence was passed last Thursday ~ he'll be gone tomorrow.

				What's the worry then?!?!
I'd probably be kicking the daughter out too!  evil:
