Last week Gordon Brown was busy upsetting the Russians again. He has been at this for some time and thanks to policies he has pursued whilst working with Mr Blair we depend largely on Russia for energy supplies. Then today this appears in the Times:
Consumer bills set to soar as gas prices climb
Centrica warns of a difficult environment ahead for energy suppliers as npower confirms new year price increases

Specifically because we buy so much of our gas from the Russians these days ..... the rest follows as night follows day. I was giving credit to the basic intelligence of our members.
